Hillary Exter
Hillary Exter has been involved with the Cypress Hills Child Care Corporation since its beginning in 1992. She served as house counsel to the organization for over 10 years while an attorney at Brooklyn Legal Services Corp. A and helped support the development of all of its outstanding child care programs. She is now retired and joined the Board because of her tremendous respect for the organization’s model of providing bilingual, culturally sensitive, affordable quality child care/child development, supporting family and community development and a caring community. She loves taking walks in the neighborhood’s Highland Park and the Ridgewood Reservoir, and dragonboating in Flushing Bay.
