Libby DeLucia-Harting
Libby DeLucia-Harting is committed to creating a more equitable New York City where everyone has opportunities to succeed and live the life they imagine. Through her work in workforce development, she saw first-hand the barrier that the lack of childcare poses and sought out an organization she could support to change that. CHCCC rose to the top of her list when she learned about its unique combination of affordable childcare, holistic family support and workforce development. Libby recently started Empowering Work Advisors, a clean energy workforce development consulting firm. She brings fundraising skills, strategic planning experience, and passion to the Board and is honored to be part of such an inspiring and impactful organization.
